CEO Game's Terms & Conditions — Must read before signing up

CEO Game may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this verification is completed.

CEO Game may request identity documents to verify age at any stage of registration. Failure to submit a national ID or birth certificate will result in the account remaining unverified.

If a parent or guardian suspects their minor child is using CEO Game, please contact us immediately at support@ceogame.im. We will take prompt action.

CEO Game currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change at any time.

• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. This limit may differ for VIP members.
• If a bonus is active, the wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• CEO Game reserves the right to place a hold on payments if money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.

CEO Game does not charge any additional fees on payments, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is one-time only and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

• Cashback: VIP members receive a weekly cashback at a set rate based on their net losses.
• CEO Game reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

• All game outcomes on CEO Game are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.
• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless CEO Game makes a specific exception due to a technical error.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake will be fully refunded.
• The minimum bet on CEO Game is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the game and betting market.
• If abnormal odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, CEO Game reserves the right to void the affected bets.

In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, bet outcomes will be determined based on data recorded on the server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CEO Game. If any such conduct is detected, the account will be terminated and the balance forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or using a family member's information.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets in strategic patterns to meet bonus requirements, or placing risk-free bets across multiple accounts.
• Hacking or Use of Software: Attempting unauthorized access to CEO Game's systems, or using bots or automation software.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illegal funds through CEO Game.
• Fraudulent Payments: Filing chargebacks or false payment disputes.
• Use of Third-Party Data: Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity or payment details.

CEO Game may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 18 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed without a terms violation, the remaining balance will be refunded. To dispute a closure decision, email support@ceogame.im.

CEO Game believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. We encourage every member to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set your own limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: For an extended break, members can close their account themselves.
